借助6S金字塔系统检索建库至2023-05国内外相关数据库中与急性胰腺炎患者住院期间血糖管理的所有文献, 经过循证培训的2人依据相关文献质量评价标准进行文献质量评价, 并提取、总结相关证据, 总结出包括组建团队, 血糖相关定义及阈值, 评估及处理, 血糖控制目标, 血糖监测, 用药管理, 低血糖识别, 低血糖处理, 高血糖处理, 出院指导十个方面的31条最佳证据. |
