饮酒模式(非单纯饮酒量)是结直肠晚期腺瘤的关键风险指标. 研究发现中量饮酒(20-40 g/天)使风险翻倍(OR = 2.04), 高频饮酒(每日1次+)风险增136%(OR = 2.36), 独饮者风险近2倍(OR = 2.00). 该研究为高风险人群精准筛查提供新依据-需特别关注"中量、高频、独饮"三类饮酒模式者. |
