核心内容提要 代谢相关脂肪性肝炎(metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, MASH)正迅速成为全球健康领域的一个重大挑战. 本文从线粒体DNA的损伤相关分子模式作用、突变和甲基化修饰、释放机制及相关信号通路四个方面总结了其在MASH中的功能和作用机制.
