核心内容提要 肠道菌群参与肠道黏膜屏障甚或血管屏障的修复与损伤, 一旦某些因素, 如高脂饮食存在等使屏障易于破坏, 细菌及其代谢产物就可通过肠肝轴易位至肝脏, 激活肝脏免疫系统, 进而触发一系列炎症反应, 推动代谢相关脂肪性肝病发生进展. 明确肠道菌群对肠道黏膜甚或血管屏障的破坏作用及其对肝脏炎症、免疫反应和能量的调控作用, 有助于为代谢相关脂肪性肝病的肠肝轴发病机制提供较多思路和证据.
