核心内容提要 通过单因素分析, 发现术后吻合口瘘与年龄、糖尿病、血红蛋白、白蛋白比值(albumin ratio, CAR)、衰弱指数(frailty index, FI)、手术与麻醉时间、术中低血压、肿瘤部位与分期相关; Logistic多因素分析, 发现年龄≥75、糖尿病、CAR≥1.34和FI≥0.28是老年结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘发生的独立危险因素.
