| 核心内容提要 |
急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)病情危重、病死率高. 院前急救医疗服务(emergency medical service, EMS)是在病发现场至医院期间对患者进行的急救医疗服务, 将院前EMS应用于SAP患者中, 通过及时、规范的医疗支持有望提升急救效果. 目前尚缺乏院前EMS应用于SAP患者的效果分析, 因此, 本研究对此进行探索. |
