中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, NLR)、全身免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index, SII)在不同人群间的显著差异与药物性肝损伤(drug-induced liver injury, DILI)的病情发展转归密切相关. 监测NLR和SII水平有助于临床评估疾病发展风险、指导抗炎干预和判断预后, 为DILI的病情发展预后评估及临床个体化诊疗提供新依据. |
