目前临床已有学者对肺部感染、胃食管反流(gastroesophageal reflux, GER)单一病种的特征及影响因素进行分析, 但缺乏老年肺部感染合并GER患者的相关报告, 此类患者在风险防控上是否具备特异性尚待研究予以论证. 为填补这一空白, 本研究初次尝试分析老年肺部感染合并GER的影响因素, 并对其临床特征进行分析, 以期为完善干预路径提供支持. |
