| 核心内容提要 |
本研究系统评估透明帽辅助结肠镜在毕II式胃切除术后患者内镜逆行胰胆管造影术中的应用. 结果显示插管成功率92.6%, 技术成功率90.1%, 无严重并发症. 且发现结石直径≥2.0 cm为技术失败独立危险因素. 相比传统方法具有高安全性、短操作时间优势. |
