通过益生菌、合生元、粪菌移植等手段干预肠道微生态, 可有效改善慢性乙型肝炎相关肠-肝轴功能障碍, 辅助实现抗病毒治疗目标及延缓疾病进展, 有望推动临床治愈的实现. 未来研究进一步聚焦于“肠-肝轴”在乙型肝炎病毒免疫清除过程中的调控机制. |
