核心内容提要 由于既往研究中有关二者联合治疗的研究多为两组对照分析, 存在混杂因素, 无法分离不同微生态制剂的真实贡献. 因此, 本研究开展了此项回顾性研究, 并通过倾向性评分匹配法平衡3组患儿一般资料的协变量分布, 以减少结果偏差, 旨在精准分析布拉氏酵母菌与贝飞达单独及联合治疗病毒性肠炎的临床疗效, 为临床治疗策略提供科学性参考依据.
