核心内容提要 基于血清非靶向代谢组学, 益胃化瘤方颗粒剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变疗效显著, 优于胃复春联合叶酸方案. 其作用与改善胃黏膜病理、调节胃功能血清标志物及纠正脂质、氨基酸等多条代谢通路紊乱相关. N5-羟基-L-鸟氨酸等代谢物可作为潜在疗效生物标志物, 为中医药治疗癌前病变提供了代谢层面的机制依据.
