本研究对中重度活动期克罗恩病患者, 分别应用维得利珠单抗和乌司奴单抗对其进行治疗, 分析患者的临床疗效和分析影响维得利珠单抗和乌司奴单抗治疗克罗恩病治疗应答的单因素. 提示两种药物治疗疗效相当, 但影响其治疗应答却不同. 因此, 在治疗中需要根据患者具体情况选择用药, 以提高应答率. |
