| 核心内容提要 |
信号素(semaphorins, SEMAs)是神经元轴突所需的导向分子, 以分泌型或跨膜型形式存在轴突糖蛋白, 参与肝细胞的恶性转化过程, 与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)发病率持续增长密切相关, 如组织形态发生、免疫反应和癌症进展. SEMAs家族复杂, 分子中含7叶片的β-螺旋桨结构域. 新近, 发现其家族中分泌型III类信号素(class 3 semaphorins, SEMA3s)参与HCC的发生过程, 如在血管生成、癌细胞侵袭和转移、肿瘤生长、癌细胞存活以及免疫学等诸多方面发挥作用. 本文回顾近年HCC及免疫相关SEMA3s的基础和临床研究文献, 述评了肝细胞恶性转化中SEMA3s表达及临床价值. |
