| 核心内容提要 |
不确定期在慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV)感染患者中临床占比极高, 约半数不确定期患者合并肝脏显著组织学改变, 疾病进展及肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)发生风险显著升高. 对高危不确定期患者及时启动抗病毒治疗, 可有效降HCC及肝硬化发生风险. 未来, 依托新型生物标志物与评分模型精准识别高危人群, 构建更优化的分层管理策略, 将成为慢性HBV感染防治领域的重要研究方向. |
