| 核心内容提要 |
本研究纳入344例慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis, CP)患者, 评估胰酶替代治疗(pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy, PERT)依从性及危险因素. 结果显示仅47.38%患者长期坚持服药, 依从性现状不佳. 多因素分析发现, 胆总管狭窄是PERT依从性良好的独立危险因素(OR = 0.059, P = 0.007), 而PPH为保护因素[比值比(odds ratio, OR) = 30.553, P = 0.022]. 提示临床需加强CP患者用药监测与个体化干预, 以改善CP患者PERT依从性及长期预后. |
