核心内容提要 原发性胆汁性胆管炎(primary biliary cholangitis, PBC)患者在疾病早期即可发生非肝硬化性门脉高压(non-cirrhotic portal hypertension, NCPH), 但其发生机制尚未完全阐明, 且现有评估体系多基于肝硬化人群, 适用性有限. 本文综述其潜在病理机制及无创评估策略, 强调阐明NCPH发生机制与优化风险分层对改善PBC患者早期识别和临床管理的重要意义.
