胰腺外分泌功能不全(pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, PEI)可由胰腺及非胰腺疾病导致, 非胰腺疾病包括糖尿病、人类免疫缺陷病毒感染、乳糜泻、炎症性肠病等. 因早期诊断困难, 疾病早期无特殊临床表现, 非胰腺疾病所致PEI易被忽视. 本文综述其研究进展, 以期提高对非胰腺疾病所致PEI的认识. |
