本文系统综述癌症相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts, CAFs)的异质性分型及其在食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和胰腺癌等消化道肿瘤中的耐药机制, 并总结直接清除、功能重编程、基质正常化、联合用药及外泌体阻断等靶向CAFs的转化研究策略, 为突破消化道肿瘤治疗瓶颈提供理论依据. |
