食管癌为高发消化道恶性肿瘤, 早期精准诊断对改善预后至关重要. 人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)在该领域应用日益广泛, 本文综述其核心进展: 基于深度学习的内镜图像分析、病理切片智能评估、多组学整合分析, 可有效提升诊断准确性、辅助医师决策、拓展精准诊疗边界. 同时指出临床转化关键挑战: 算法受临床场景影响、模型可解释性不足、数据存在局限. AI为食管癌精准诊断提供新路径, 前景广阔, 但需突破技术与应用瓶颈, 推动规范化、规模化落地. |
