本文系统梳理了从经典腹腔镜与内镜联合手术到腹腔镜内镜联合非暴露肿瘤切除术等非暴露术式的演进逻辑, 揭示了其解决肿瘤根治与腹腔污染矛盾的关键技术突破. 总结了双镜联合手术在胃间质瘤、早癌及复杂结直肠、十二指肠肿瘤中实现精准定位、微创切除与功能保留的关键证据. 也明确指出当前面临的学习曲线、适应证共识及证据等级三大瓶颈, 并提出智能化、标准化发展的未来路径. |
