胃癌是全球高发恶性肿瘤, 耐药与异质性制约临床疗效. 表观遗传不改变DNA序列, 通过非编码RNA、DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰调控基因表达, 驱动胃癌发生、侵袭转移与化疗耐药. miRNA、lncRNA可作为诊断与预后标志物, DNA甲基化与组蛋白去乙酰化抑制剂单用或联用有望逆转耐药, 为胃癌精准诊疗与克服耐药提供全新方向. |
