急性坏死性胰腺炎治疗应延迟至发病4周后, 内镜引流优于经皮穿刺. 对大型包裹性坏死, 早期一步法内镜清创可缩短病程. 胰管中断综合征早期拔除双腔固定金属支架后置入双猪尾塑料支架, 以降低胰周积液复发率.
