核心内容提要 铁蛋白与残余胆固醇作为反映机体炎症/氧化应激及残余脂质风险的血清学指标, 不仅在肝硬化心肌病(cirrhotic cardiomyopathy, CCM)患者预后不良组中显著升高, 且二者间存在显著协同交互作用. 将二者与传统肝功能(Child-Pugh分级)及心功能指标(N-末端B型脑钠肽前体、左心室射血分数)联合构建的预测模型, 对CCM患者预后具有较高的预测价值, 可为临床早期识别高危患者、开展个体化干预提供实用工具.
