本研究拟分析动态增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, DCE-MRI)、扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging, DWI)定量参数及癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen, CEA)水平与结直肠癌肝转移风险的关系, 筛选肝转移的独立影响因素, 并构建基于DCE-MRI、DWI定量参数联合CEA的列线图预测模型, 以期为结直肠癌肝转移的早期风险分层和个体化治疗决策提供参考依据. |
