核心内容提要 锌指蛋白(zinc finger proteins, ZNF)在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)发生发展中具有显著的双重性. 当前研究热点已从单纯识别异常表达, 转向机制干预: 即靶向抑制促癌ZNF, 或恢复抑癌ZNF功能. 未来趋势是开发基于ZNFs的联合疗法, 以克服肿瘤耐药性, 实现HCC的精准诊断和治疗.
