本研究基于潜在剖面分析识别出老年心衰合并胃肠功能紊乱患者的三类异质性群体, 并发现NYHA分级、衰弱、胃肠道症状、6分钟步行距离、营养风险和家庭支持是潜在剖面类别的影响因素, 可指导临床实施差异化干预方案. |
