肝硬化门静脉血栓(portal vein thrombosis, PVT)形成是多因素介导的复杂病理生理过程, 需明确其自然病程与临床分型. 肝硬化患者抗凝治疗获益与出血风险增加之间权衡, 凸显了PVT诊疗决策的复杂与挑战. 抗凝治疗是特定患者的核心干预手段, 可改善临床结局, 新兴干预靶点的疗效与安全性仍待进一步评价. |
