家庭内幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)传播与餐具消毒密切相关, 亲子传播是儿童H. pylori感染的主要原因. 家庭内存在其他感染者使个体感染和根除后再感染风险均显著升高. 本研究为优化“以家庭为单位的H. pylori管理”策略提供了新的科学依据. |
