本文综述脂肪酸从头合成、脂肪酸氧化、铁死亡调控、脂滴储存及肿瘤微环境重塑等途径介导胰腺癌放射治疗抵抗的分子机制, 构建证据分级框架标明各机制的证据强度, 指出脂肪酸合成酶、肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1A、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4及酰基辅酶A合成酶长链家族成员4/长链脂肪酸辅酶A连接酶3等关键节点是潜在的放射增敏靶点, 为开发靶向脂肪酸代谢的联合放射治疗策略提供理论依据. |
