本Meta分析纳入7项随机对照试验共1038例消化内镜, 对比过氧乙酸与邻苯二甲醛消毒效果. 结果显示过氧乙酸消毒合格率更高, 消毒后菌落数、消毒成本两组无统计学差异; 过氧乙酸更适合周转快、管腔复杂内镜, 但存在稳定性欠佳的短板, 可为临床消毒剂选择提供循证参考. |
