| 核心内容提要 |
消化系统恶性肿瘤具有起病隐匿、早期缺乏特异性表现及整体预后较差等特点, 严重影响患者生存结局, 因此探索具有高敏感性与特异性的肿瘤相关分子标志物, 对其早期识别及临床干预具有重要意义. 近年来研究表明, 干扰素刺激基因15(interferon-stimulated gene 15, ISG15)作为一种关键的干扰素诱导型泛素样修饰蛋白, 广泛参与消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展及治疗应答过程. 本文围绕ISG15在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述. |
