本文综述无创指标在自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis, AIH)肝纤维化与肝硬化评估中的研究进展, 涵盖血清学标志物(人附睾蛋白4、铁代谢)、无创评分模型(天冬氨酸转氨酶/血小板比率指数、纤维化-4指数、列线图)及影像学弹性成像(瞬时弹性成像/剪切波弹性成像/磁共振弹性成像), 分析各方法的诊断性能、预后价值与临床应用要点, 为AIH全程精准管理提供循证依据. |
