人工肝已从单纯血液净化迈向生物功能重建. 非生物型仅能清除毒素, 无法恢复肝脏核心功能, 疗效受限. 生物人工肝依托肝细胞、类器官重建肝活性, 早期产品证实可行, 但存在细胞、装置、适应症短板. 多款新型生物人工肝已开展临床验证, 迈入转化阶段, 未来需攻克标准化细胞、全血兼容装置及一体化治疗评价体系. |
