核心内容提要	快速尿激酶法、荧光定量聚合酶链反应、硼酸亚甲蓝法和免疫组织化学法(immunohistochemistry, IHC)对490例胃粘膜标本进行幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori, H. pylori)感染检测.除却特异性和敏感性高, IHC还具备无特殊仪器要求、价格适中、结果便于回顾等优点, 故建议将IHC检测胃活检H. pylori作为指导临床诊断H. pylori感染的依据之一.
