肠嗜铬细胞(Enterochromaffin cell, EC)由肠基底干细胞分化而来, 其分泌的5-羟色胺可促进促进肠道运动、上皮的分泌. EC可通过肠-脑回路与神经细胞建立直接突触联系, 感受胃肠道各种化学因子, 并以此调控胃肠道功能. EC对胃肠道健康具有非常重要的作用. |
