核心内容提要	中医药在慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)伴癌前病变(precan-cerous lesions of gastric cancer, PLGC)治疗中有着显著的疗效优势, 甚至可减缓癌变进展. 半夏泻心汤加味治疗CAG胃癌前病变, 在辛开苦降治则基础上, 将开上、宣中与下法结合去治疗CAG胃癌前病变, 在恢复脾升胃降脏腑功能上、逆转胃癌前病变向胃癌进展上起到了让人满意的临床效果. 其聚散调节关键点在于TGF-β1/Smad信号通路, 对CAG肠上皮化生(IM)、不典型增生(Dys)以及进一步萎缩起到一定治疗作用.
