核心内容提要	目前对于结肠炎的治疗周期较长, 复发率较高, 且常伴随肠道菌群平衡的失调, 而提取自长白瑞香的瑞香素除了常被用于冠心病、闭塞性血管疾病的治疗, 还具有抗炎、抗细胞凋亡的功能, 且在肠道菌群失调、调节性T细胞/辅助性Th17细胞失衡、在UC发病与病情进展中起到重要作用.
