核心内容提要 随着非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)患病率增加, 拥有一种即时、准确、定量、经济、安全的诊断及评估肝脏脂肪变性程度的非侵入性技术是非常重要的, 以超声检测为基础的各种定量超声技术的研发和进一步的临床应用为NALFD诊断、疾病评估、治疗干预、疗效评估等研究提供了新思路.
