结肠镜腺瘤检出率(adenoma detection rate, ADR)是衡量结肠镜质量的重要标准. 高质量的结肠镜检查有利于降低结直肠癌的发生风险. 为保证结肠镜检查质量, 需着眼于肠道准备、内镜医师操作技术与诊断能力, 内镜设备更新和辅助器械的使用等多方面因素的改进和提高. |
