核心内容提要	上消化道出血是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)严重并发症之一, 可导致患者病情加重甚至恶化. COPD并发上消化道出血的发病机制较为复杂. 本研究重点探讨COPD患者上消化道出血发生率及其影响因素, 发现年龄、COPD病情及病程、萎缩性胃炎、消化道溃疡、冠心病、严重感染、肺性脑病、ALB浓度均为COPD患者上消化道出血发生的独立危险因素.通过建立Logistic回归预测模型对预测COPD患者上消化道出血发生风险具有良好的鉴别效度和校准度.
