代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease, MAFLD)中不良膳食及生活习惯占比较高, 基于中国居民膳食指南制定个体化的膳食及运动干预处方有助于降低MAFLD患者的体重、体质指数、腰围、内脏脂肪面积、体脂比等人体测量指标, 并有效改善患者糖脂代谢状况. |
