本文综述了乙型肝炎病毒通过上调Polo样激酶1/蛋白调节因子1和细胞周期蛋白E1以及介导细胞融合, 导致了肝细胞染色体成倍增加或非成倍增加, 引起染色体不稳定性及细胞周期紊乱, 从而促进肝细胞的致癌转化. |
