核心内容提要 刺猬信号通路诱发多种癌症发生, 通过半乳糖凝集素的激活诱导胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)侵袭和上皮间质转化. 刺猬/胶质母细胞瘤相关蛋白信号通路及其靶基因控制着GC和GC干细胞的主要特征, 包括增殖、存活、转移、血管生成和自我更新, 使该信号通路成为一个有希望的GC治疗靶点. 检测音猬因子、胶质母细胞瘤相关蛋白和半胱氨酸的血管生成诱导因子61的表达可预测GC患者的预后.
