核心内容提要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)病变机制复杂, 涉及胆汁酸紊乱、胰岛素抵抗、脂质堆积、胆固醇代谢紊乱等多种因素, 而“肠肝轴”中法尼醇X受体则可通过多种机制调控这些物质的代谢稳态, 其效应可对NAFLD起到改善作用.
