核心内容提要	本文系统阐述了炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)传统基础药物的临床定位变迁及治疗模式的演变历程, 重点梳理了日趋成熟的生物制剂与小分子药物在IBD治疗中的核心地位与应用进展, 并对在研及新兴生物制剂、小分子药物进行了初步介绍. 在此基础上, 从新靶点挖掘、新型给药策略及精准分型三个维度, 展望了新一代治疗策略的发展方向.
