核心内容提要	慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis, CP)患者普遍存在营养不良的现象, 早期识别并及时干预至关重要. 本文就多部国内外CP营养管理指南及研究总结了营养不良患者的日常膳食补充指导方案, 并就营养干预时机、干预途径、适应人群等系统梳理了CP患者的营养支持方法, 以胰酶替代治疗为核心, 辅以靶向微量元素补充、血糖控制以及肠道菌群调节等新兴疗法, 旨在改善CP患者的长期预后及生活质量, 为患者和临床工作者提供指导.
