核心内容提要	本文通过回顾分析勐海县人民医院15年间接受胃镜检查的21020例患者, 发现汉族就诊率明显高于各少数民族, 少数民族男性就诊率低于女性, 勐海县上消化道疾病无明显季节差异性, 要通过加强对少数民族地区人群的卫生知识宣传教育, 改变传统的不良饮食习惯与结构, 提高医护人员对消化道疾病的认识, 同时加强政府及医院的投入, 使医护人员能更好的为少数民族地区的医疗精准扶贫做出贡献.
