核心内容提要	临床上常有患者因发现较晚, 肿瘤已广泛浸润或发生远处转移等因素导致无法进行手术切除, 众多学者认为, 对于该类型患者应进行同步放化疗进行综合治疗. 以顺铂为代表的多药联合化疗方案的不良反应大, 患者难以耐受, 而不得不中断治疗, 影响治疗效果, 因此需要寻找其他化疗方案.
