核心内容提要 通过对比不同患者Cys-C、β2-MG、Scr和BUN水平间的差异, 应用ROC曲线探究出应用Cys-C、β2-MG和Scr等3项指标联合预测慢加急性肝衰竭患者合并肝肾综合征的最佳截点数据, 对于早期诊断患者发生肝肾综合征具有较高的敏感度.
